Corresponding to Deuchem 105A, it is free of organic solvents, organotin compounds, and APEO (Alkylphenol Ethoxylate) compounds, and is a non-toxic, low odor, environmentally friendly rheology modifier with dual effects of viscosity thickening at medium-low shear and leveling.

Features:
• 50% active ingredient content, excellent thickening efficiency at medium and low shear, good pseudoplasticity.
• Anti-splash, leveling, and water resistance properties
• Recommend to add during coat mixing stage


Application Method:
• TK007 can be added at any stage of paint production without the need for dilution or alkali neutralization. 
• Its performance is not affected by pH value and can be used over a wide pH range. 
• If insufficiently mixed, it can be diluted with a 1:1 water solution of ethylene glycol for use. 
• The recommended dosage is 0.3% to 0.5%

Storage:
• The product should be stored in a sealed, cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. 
• During winter storage and transportation, anti-freezing measures should be taken (if frozen, it can be used after thawing and proper stirring). 
• Shelf life: 24 months.

Transportation:
• This product should be well sealed during transportation to prevent moisture, strong alkali, strong acid, rainwater and other impurities from being mixed into.
